Meet and Greets

At Willington Home Care, we believe choosing care should never feel rushed or pressured. That is why we offer free, no-obligation meet and greets for every potential client and family.

Our meet and greets are designed to give clients the opportunity to:

  • Meet our office team

  • Meet the caregiver we recommend based on their needs and preferences

  • Ask questions about services and scheduling

  • Discuss routines, care needs, and expectations

  • Learn more about how our care plans work

This visit also allows us to better understand the client’s lifestyle, goals, and level of support needed so we can create a personalized care plan focused on comfort, safety, and independence.

If at any point a client feels the caregiver match is not the right fit, we are happy to discuss alternative options. Our goal is to ensure every client feels comfortable, respected, and confident in their care.

There is never any pressure to commit to services after a meet and greet — we simply want families to have the opportunity to explore whether Willington Home Care is the right fit for them.

See How Care Works Before Getting Started

The meet and greet gives families a clearer understanding of how our services work, what support may look like day-to-day, and how we tailor care to each individual.

Create a More Comfortable Transition Into Care

Meeting beforehand helps reduce stress and uncertainty by allowing clients to become familiar with the caregiver and process before services officially begin.

Open Communication From the Beginning

The meet and greet establishes direct communication between the client, family, caregiver, and office staff to help create a smooth and transparent care experience.

Discuss Scheduling & Flexibility

Clients can talk through preferred schedules, routines, and levels of support while learning how services can be adjusted over time as needs change.

Tour Through Care Preferences & Daily Routines

Families can explain household routines, personal preferences, mobility concerns, dietary needs, and other important details that help us provide more personalized support.

Peace of Mind for Families

Loved ones gain reassurance knowing they have had the opportunity to meet the team, ask questions, and participate in the planning process before care begins.
