Olivia Hudson
CEO & Founder

Growing up in a rural community in Tennessee, I saw first hand how
people were impacted by barriers to accessing healthcare. It changed
how I saw my responsibilities as a future physician. At 19 I partnered
with my community and numerous providers to host a medical clinic that
provided free healthcare to patients. I continued hosting for three
years while earning my Bachelor’s of Science at Tennessee
Technological University. Now that I have graduated, I started
searching for another opportunity to serve communities in need while
furthering my education. I wanted to learn the legal and financial
side of operating a healthcare practice, so that I can better serve
people once I obtain my medical degree. When searching, I found that
Flathead County was one of the more under served communities in rural
America, so I wanted to fill that void by starting a home care company
that provides for the community through personalized care services.
Many clients are forced into a mold of standardized care that leaves
them feeling unsatisfied and unfulfilled by the care they received. To
fix this issue, I wanted to personalize care for each client. To me a
community is comprised of many individuals who all have different
needs, so I want to provide for this community with personalization at
the forefront of my services. At Willington, you aren’t just a
patient, you are a person who is valued by us the same way you are
valued by your community.
